Shake Day Schedule
Morning
- IsaLean Shake (meal replacement) sometime before 9am
- Blend 10oz water, ice, 2 level scoops of IsaLean shake. You can add frozen berries instead of ice, ½ banana, organic peanut butter, etc (experiment to find which combinations you like best)
Or just put 16oz water in “blender
bottle” and shake vigorously (if no blender)
Mid morning snack
(choose from the following)
- IsaDelight plus, Isagenix Snack, or IsaLean bar, Slim Cake, Fiber snack, etc
Lunch
- Healthy low glycemic and balanced 400-600 calorie meal (either lunch or dinner, supplement the other meal with an IsaLean shake)
- Fruits, vegetables, salad with lean dressing (i.e. – not ranch or caeser), whole grains, lean protein from fish or skinless chicken, fat-free or low-fat calcium rich greek yogurt (can add granola for flavor and texture)
Mid afternoon snacks
- IsaDelight plus, Isagenix Snack, or IsaLean bar, Slim Cake, Fiber snack, etc
Dinner
- IsaLean shake or sensible meal like you had for lunch (maximum of 2 shakes per day)
Clearly I'm not starving myself, which is nice. There are supplements that are added into this as well, but this is the nuts and bolts. I do 24-26 of these days a month. the other days are called Cleanse Days, and the requirements for this are a bit more strict. I will post on those when I get to one!
I will post measurements and weight as well as my goals tomorrow. With my food allergies I want to give my body a full day to lose the water weight it gained from cheating yesterday.
